Your answers stay on your device — we don’t receive them.
We only get your email if you choose to send it via the “email me my result” option.
We may collect anonymous, aggregate usage events to improve the tool — no cross-site tracking, no ads.
No accounts, no passwords, no payment, and we never sell your data.
This is a reflection tool, not advice — not medical, psychological, or diagnostic.

What Vitennia is

Vitennia is a free, educational self-reflection tool. You rate a few areas of life and see an illustrative picture of how they might drift or hold over time, plus one small suggested action. It’s a prompt for reflection — a way to think, not a measurement of your life. By using the site, you agree to what’s on this page.

Not professional advice

Vitennia does not provide medical, psychological, mental-health, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a diagnostic tool. The curve and any scores are illustrative and directional — not a prediction or an assessment of your health or future. For important decisions, talk to a qualified professional.

What we collect, and when

On your device only. Your ratings and progress are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can pick up where you left off. This stays on your device — it isn’t sent to us — and clearing your browser clears it.
Your email — only if you submit it. If you use the “email me my result” option, we receive your email address and the focus area from your result, so we can send it to you and, with your consent, an occasional short note. Entirely optional.
Anonymous analytics. We may collect aggregate, anonymous events (e.g. a page was viewed, the reflection was completed, a button was tapped) to understand and improve the tool. This isn’t used to identify you, and we don’t track you across other sites.
What we don’t collect: no accounts or passwords, no payment details, no advertising trackers; and we never sell, rent, or trade your information.

Who handles the data

Only the providers that help us run the site, as needed: our host, Cloudflare, and any email or analytics provider we use to deliver results and measure aggregate usage. They process data on our behalf. Where laws like GDPR or CCPA apply, our bases are your consent (for emails, withdrawable anytime) and our legitimate interest in improving a free tool through anonymous analytics.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email we send.
Access or delete the email you gave us — email [email protected].
Clear on-device data anytime by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Depending on where you live, you may have added rights (objection, portability, complaint to a data-protection authority).

Children

Vitennia is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child submitted their email, contact us and we’ll delete it.

The legal bits

As is. The tool is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be accurate, available, or error-free.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billy Litner isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the tool. It’s a free reflection aid; you use it at your own discretion.

Acceptable use. Please don’t disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it for a competing product, or use it unlawfully. You may share your own result card freely; please don’t copy the tool itself. The Vitennia name, design, copy, and model are owned by Billy Litner.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes. If we update this page, we’ll change the effective date above; material changes will be made clear. Continued use means you accept the update.
